Feb 17th 2026 made a yr since moving to Evergreen Commons…. IMO a hidden gem…. It’s off the main Hwy (138) I tell people, if you’re driving FAST… you’ll miss it…. I LOVE MY 2dbrm/2bth apt, on the ground level….. VERY SPACIOUS!!!The community is nice/quiet/relaxing…. Very pet friendly, haven’t seen many, the ones I’ve seen, are on their leash w/ owner, and not aggressive at all…The PATROL WILL DRIVE THROUGH, LOVE TO SEE IT!!!STAFF IS AMAZING!!!While my vehicle is being serviced… I catch the bus to East Point train station….bout an 8 min walk to the bus stop from 2300 bldg…. I said that because I leave out around 5:40 am…. THE WORD SAFE…. COMES TO MIND…. I have no problems w/ walking at that time of the morning… I PLAN ON BEING HERE FOR A WHILE!!!

I moved in first week of February and so far I haven't had any real problems with the community or unit as of yet. The leasing process with Ms. Beverly was extremely easy and she was so patient and understanding. The maintenance issues I did have were handled in a timely matter especially for a big community. I Love the amenities that the apartment have. If I could change one thing I would like for the entrance gate to actually work but other than that I love it and would recommend to anyone

Living at this community so far has been an absolute pleasure. The property is beautifully maintained, the grounds are clean, and everything feels safe and welcoming.The new management team is truly what sets this place apart. They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents’ experiences. Any questions or maintenance needs are handled quickly and professionally. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community running smoothly.

Had a really great experience and time living here! The staff was really helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was a great size and a nice community!

Where can I begin?? Shoutout to Ms. Beverly who stuck with me through ALLL of the trial and tribulations I put her through. She was patient, gentle and kind to me throughout the whole process. Made me feel like home even before I started the process. Two whole months and she has never made me feel left out. Always made me feel part of the community. She is very insightf And a breath of fresh air! I couldnt of asked for a better consultant and leasing agent. I felt like we bonded in this process seeing that I wasnt the perfect soon-to-be resident. It was such a pleasure working with Beverly. She really is the sweetest and I am not exaggerating. I hope we continue our bond we created and I look forward to working with her again. I recommend Ms. Beverly and thank you again!!!!

Ms. Beverly at Evergreen Commons was great to work with. She made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, stayed professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. She answered all my questions and made sure I found the right apartment. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend her.

I normally do not write reviews But, I wanted to thank Dayrise Residential for bringing Ms. Gordon as the Community Manager. I noticed some positive changes in the community's appearance and timeliness of maintenance since she has taken over. I must say she is doing an outstanding job.
